PK68 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using PK68

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk68 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the pk68 website at pk68.plus, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use the pk68 platform. Your continued use of pk68 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on pk68 including Live Casino, Slots, Casino games, Sports Betting, Bet, Bingo and all future products that may be added to the platform.

To open a pk68 account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk68 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual person. Corporate or group accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration including your real name, date of birth, contact number and valid payment details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed pk68 account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not be acting under the instructions of another person or be using pk68 as a proxy for a third party.

pk68 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any later point. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, pk68 may close the account, void all bets and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Your pk68 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials – your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk68 will never ask you for your password by phone, SMS or email.

You must not share your pk68 account login details with any other person, allow another person to access your account, or use another person's account for any purpose. Any activity carried out through your pk68 account credentials is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised it personally.

• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Notify pk68 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact number and email address current so that security alerts reach you promptly.

pk68 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If your account is compromised due to your own negligence in securing your login details, pk68 is not responsible for any resulting loss of funds or bonuses.

All deposits to pk68 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The available payment methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed in the deposit section of your pk68 account.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your pk68 balance instantly upon successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfers and other payment methods may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times. pk68 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown in your account's deposit section.
• Do not attempt to reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit after it has been credited to your pk68 account. Chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact pk68 support with your transaction reference before attempting another deposit.

pk68 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals linked to a deposit. Funds deposited to pk68 are held solely for gaming purposes and may not be transferred between player accounts.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are prioritised for fastest processing.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pk68 may request CNIC or other documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or larger amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are specified in the withdrawal section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on your bank.
• pk68 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or that significantly exceed a player's normal activity pattern.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds or a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal payment methods. In such cases, contact pk68 support to resolve the issue before resubmitting.

pk68 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end for standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside pk68's control and are the player's responsibility.

pk68 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific conditions attached to it.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino games. The contribution rates for each bonus are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period. Bonuses not completed within the stated period will expire and be removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Attempting to stack bonuses will result in one or both bonuses being voided.
• No Withdrawal Before Completion: Attempting to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived from bonus play.

pk68 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Abuse of the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on pk68 – whether on Sports, Live Casino, Casino, Slots, Bingo or Bet – are governed by the product-specific rules displayed within each section of the platform. These general rules apply across all pk68 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk68 cannot reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed in the system, except where a technical error or obvious pricing error is identified on pk68's side.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a live game or bet placement, pk68 will use available records to determine the outcome. Bets that cannot be verified due to a technical fault may be voided at pk68's discretion.
• For Sports Betting: markets are offered on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic competitions), Football, Esports and other sports. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed in the betting interface. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted.
• pk68 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual players at its discretion, particularly in cases of identified betting patterns that raise integrity concerns.
• For Live Casino: games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed on screen. RNG (Random Number Generator) games produce results determined by certified random processes.

Any winnings from bets or games will be credited to your pk68 account balance in PKR. Winnings derived entirely from bonus play are subject to the wagering conditions of the associated bonus before they can be withdrawn.

pk68 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one pk68 account, whether in your own name or using another person's details, is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games or any other game format is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to interact with pk68 in a way that gives an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in sports odds, or technical malfunctions to place bets at incorrectly calculated odds is prohibited. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit on pk68 is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Abuse of Support: Making false or misleading claims to pk68 support in order to obtain credits, bonus funds or other benefits is a breach of these Terms.

pk68 employs monitoring and risk management systems to detect suspicious activity. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account reviewed. pk68's decision on fair play matters is final and may not be appealed externally.

pk68 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to pk68 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account, and comply with applicable obligations. pk68 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pk68 may share your data with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) as necessary to complete transactions, and with identity verification service providers when account verification is required. All third-party data processors engaged by pk68 are contractually required to handle your data securely.

pk68 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available continuously and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

• pk68 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's side, device malfunctions or third-party network outages.
• pk68 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from failure to complete bonus wagering requirements before attempting withdrawal.
• In the event of a proven platform error that affects a bet outcome, pk68's liability is limited to voiding the affected bets and refunding the stake to the player's account balance in PKR.
• pk68 does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses claimed by players.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

pk68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of the platform.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (the inactivity threshold is specified in the account settings section).
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account closure for a breach of Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are verified as legitimately acquired will be returned to the player's registered payment method following any required investigation period. pk68's decision on account closure matters is final.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting pk68 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

pk68 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk68 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, pk68 may also notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of the pk68 platform after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using pk68 and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance refund.
