On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your account and you will receive a reset code. Enter that code, set a new password, and you are back in. If you do not receive the code within a few minutes, check that you are using the same number you registered with and that your phone signal is working. No. Each player is only permitted one account on PK68. Duplicate accounts are against our terms and can result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, use the password reset option or contact support rather than creating a new one.
